Snake Safety
Dealing with Snakes in Florida's Residential Areas: This series of EDIS fact sheets provide information for Florida's residents about preventing negative encounters with snakes, identifying venomous snakes, and being prepared to deal with snakebite emergency situations. The following PowerPoint presentations (with speaking notes), handouts, and materials available through the IFAS bookstore can be used to conduct snake safety trainings at your Extension office.
