Squirrel Treefrog
(Hyla squirella)
Squirrel Treefrog diversity.
Squirrel Treefrogs may be tan, gray, brown or even blue.
But --
- they lack the leg spots of the Pinewoods Treefrog
- they are much smaller than Green or Barking Treefrogs
- they lack the blue bones of young Cuban Treefrogs
- stripes on the side are usually not as distinct as those of Green Treefrogs, and aren't bordered in black
